DUTY OF CARE
We do everything we can to ensure that our service users’ experience of our organisation is one that is free from any form of exploitation or abuse. We want the refugees that come to our services to feel respected and safe. We take a zero tolerance approach to gender inequality, sexual exploitation and abuse of any sort.

HOW YOUR MONEY IS SPENT
Out of every pound we receive, we spend 80p directly on delivering services to help refugees and asylum-seekers rebuild their lives and 20p on other costs.

ENVIRONMENT

OURMALA is committed to minimising waste and re-using and recycling material wherever possible. We are also committed to reducing energy use, and using it most efficiently, wherever possible.

YOUR FEEDBACK

It’s important to us to know what you think and how we could do things better. We welcome feedback about all aspects of our work. Send your feedback to hello [at] ourmala [dot] com
